How to use your mind in new ways is the theme of this intense retreat experience. We will learn and practice mental practices and meditation techniques to assist us in breaking free of the limiting beliefs that keep us playing small.
Letting go of what we think we know is a huge piece of the puzzle that allows us to embrace with boldness, confidence, and excitement the abundant unknown.
